Because of the energy efficiency and long life, all our bulbs qualify for the Montgomery County Renewable Energy Property Tax Credit. The bulbs are considered an "Energy Conservation Device" in the definition of the form.

The bulbs must have been installed within 12 months before the owner submits an application. The tax credit may be granted in the year in which the credit is applied for, or carried forward to the next year. Any unused credit amount can be carried forward an additional 2 years.
